1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  You received a damaged product.

  You received the wrong product.

  You received a defective product.

  The product is missing parts or accessories.
  

To be eligible for a return:

  You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
  
• 
  An unboxing video and clear photographs may be required for verification.
  

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  Used or washed products.
  
• 
  Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  
• 
  Customized or personalized items.
  
• 
  Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or special sale offers.
  
• 
  Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

  Products returned without original packaging.

  Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
  

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

If your return is approved:

  Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  
• 
  The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  
• 
  If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer after collecting your account details.

  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.

  Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

If your cancellation request is accepted before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  Clear photographs of the product.
  
• 
  Photograph of the shipping package.
  
• 
  Unboxing video (recommended).
  

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

6. Return Shipping

If your return is approved because we shipped the wrong product, a damaged product, or a defective product, we will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery status.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee cancellation or redirection. Any additional courier charges, if applicable, will be the customer's responsibility.

9. Quality Assurance

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Since many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, embroidery, decorative elements, or fabric texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
